Each room features a flat‑screen TV, private shower, and free Wi‑Fi throughout the building. Guests can park in nearby underground spaces, a three‑minute walk away, for an additional fee.

The hotel is in the lively pedestrian zone, but you don’t feel that from the room. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast at the nearby Italian restaurant wasn’t extravagant, but it was fine. The room had a small kitchen setup, but there was no dishware, cutlery, or anything else. The stove was marked as defective (we didn’t test it). It’s a shame because the fridge was huge. The windows opened onto the courtyard—an unremarkable view of the building’s tech, but it wasn’t disturbing.

Everything was fine—nothing spectacular or awful. The staff were friendly. The room was very loud, and there was no fan or air conditioning.

Everything was perfect. The remote and the individual channels were hard or impossible to find. A system covering Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Ticino and then Italy, France would be nice!
