Friendly staff, a location with a playground and a kids/family pool, wooden swings to relax in the evening, a barbecue area, working air conditioning, a shared kitchen fully equipped with everything needed, even a washing machine and dishwasher – I liked all those facilities a lot. The mattresses squeaked with every movement, the mattresses were hard and needed replacement, at least in the triple room…

It looked a bit shabby, but the rooms were very spacious with air conditioning, the whole place had a homely vibe, a sense of trust and local colour, there was a pool and the amenities were fine. Basically a great value spot. It’s close to nice places like Sibiu, Cisnadie, Cisnadioara and Ocna Sibiului. There was a lot of cigarette smoke.

The swimming pool was small but overall clean. It had wasp nests in the water vents though. I could write an essay. The water mixers don’t work, it smelled like sewage in the bathrooms, the beds were creaky and uncomfortable, breakfast was a joke really, it looked dilapidated and old. It felt dirty overall. The staff was very unfriendly and felt like we were supervised. Noisy. Full of wasps.
