Staying at Sunrise Beach Hotel for a few days was a delight. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The hotel is stunning, the spot is unbeatable, and the staff are kind, welcoming, and attentive. The beach is gorgeous, with crystal‑clear water and direct access from the hotel, exactly what we wanted—a peaceful place to relax, swim, and enjoy the surroundings. Our suite was comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped. The pool area was lovely, and the beach’s proximity added to the experience. Breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of choices. The only minor drawback was the lack of lactose‑free or plant‑based milk at breakfast; a few more options would be welcome. We’d happily return. A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, highly recommended!

The location was decent, though other hotels closer to attractions might be better; the fig‑tree bay beach itself is nice. The service was poor: staff didn’t always smile, everything felt overpriced, and I lost a Dior bag worth £4,000. Management said the bag was gone, but after two people asked, a third person found it only after the third inquiry. Another bag was left after checkout, and we waited 15 minutes for it because the cleaner had to return—unclear why. Corruption seems rampant, and the experience felt awkward. I left without a smile, and they didn’t ask how my stay went despite my two‑week stay. It feels like you’re asking for too much. I would never recommend it. I spent a long time researching a good hotel as a travel content creator, but this one was definitely not a great stay. Other guests also regret staying here. £5 for a bowl of chips? And the awful pizza—honestly, it’s not good food. Breakfast was a hazard for allergens: I told the chef my child is allergic to cows and can’t have the ready‑made egg batch for omelettes because it’s mixed with milk. The chef didn’t listen, didn’t clean pans from previous pork or cheese, and I had to ask. The head chef then had to tell them what to do. They don’t really listen. I would recommend not staying here.

Very clean, centrally located—though that’s also a slight drawback because it was noisy at night from nearby bars. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of high‑quality fresh items. There was a slip with room cleaning one morning; it was unclear why, but it was disappointing to find the room unclean and smelling bad. It’s great that the hotel has a private beach, but it turns out you have to rent chairs for a fee.

Yiannis and Adamos at the beach bar are the best. It wasn’t clean and there were bed bugs; my son and I got several bites. The breakfast staff were very rude.
