I stayed in a clean and comfortable room in a good location, but the extra charges for parking, lobby coffee (which was low‑quality in the room), and breakfast were frustrating, especially given the price.

I noticed that the pillows in the room seemed missing or stolen; the ones that were there were only fair at best.

I had stayed there five times before and liked the location, but this time the shower had almost no hot water and there were ants at the desk, though they offered me a complimentary coffee as an apology.

The hotel is close to TCU and the fitness center, which I appreciated.

The location was wonderful, right next to the trail and many restaurants and shops, but the weather was a downside that wasn’t the property’s fault.
