The location was great and the room was large and spotless, everything I needed was there. Breakfast only offered two options: continental with eggs, sausages, feta and vegetables, or Albanian with rice and meat.
“Schlecht”
The staff were awful and clearly understaffed; we waited about 30 minutes at the front desk even though they saw us, and when a lady finally arrived we were annoyedly sent to our room. In the evening we were hit with the surprise that the air‑conditioning didn’t work, making it impossible to sleep at 35 °C. We tried to swap rooms, but no one was around, the reception was empty, and there was no phone or bell to call for help. Definitely not coming back.
The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in a perfect spot for anyone driving. Free parking and an exceptional breakfast.
The host is very friendly and the modern rooms are beautiful. It’s great that you can leave your luggage if you’re heading to the mountains.
