A large room with a beautiful view of the main square, great surroundings, generous breakfast. We were there for a long weekend with our one‑year‑old and had a large room so the child could crawl and play. And it was really great. The windows overlooking the main square were used every morning to keep an eye on the dogs, which was the highlight for the little one. Breakfast was very varied and lovingly prepared. The staff were very friendly. In the evenings you can dine out easily, many restaurants or Döner shops are within walking distance. We tried both, very tasty. Zittau itself is a beautiful small town that invites exploration. The bathroom is quite dark. The walls are very high and in the evening the lighting isn’t enough to make the bathroom really bright. That’s really whining at a high level. The mirrors are extra illuminated so everyone can find their toothbrush and the toilet doesn’t just disappear in the dark.

The facilities were amazing—so beautiful and personalized! I’m completely thrilled! The only downside was a bit of chatter at night from the opposite side of the restaurant.

The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was great; everything was clean. The reception felt impersonal with no staff present, and the bathroom door was very drafty.

The breakfast was exceptionally varied, with many items freshly prepared and brought to the table. Located on the market square, the windows provided enough soundproofing to dampen the noise from a queer event. Everything met our satisfaction. Since no parking spots were available in the parking garage, we were advised to use a nearby public parking lot, which turned out to be cheaper overall.
