Two queen beds, a location outside the CBD, and convenient parking were positives. The air‑conditioning was not great and the room warmed up a bit; opening the windows wasn’t feasible because of traffic and odor, although it wasn’t terrible.

Breakfast was enjoyable with a lovely selection and variety; I especially loved the croissants and pastries. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were heavenly. The only gripe: I would have liked a larger cup for tea.

Parking was good and staff were helpful, but I stayed in room 308, which feels very dated and needs an upgrade. There was no USB charging in the room, and the outside windows were filthy.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and it was nice to have a fan and heater. I expected hot chocolate with the tea and coffee in the room, but there was none. The breakfast was disappointing: limited variety, the coffee and tea corner didn’t meet expectations, hot water was lukewarm, the coffee wasn’t hot even in the thermos, the hot meals were dry on the first day, and the bread was stale, as if it had been frozen and thawed the day before.
