“Bueno con cosas por mejorar”
The spot is right in the middle of everything and the staff were super friendly, but at around 2 a.m. a couple started a loud fight that went on for a while and nobody stepped in. The whole thing made the place feel a bit unsafe and definitely lowered the overall vibe.
Everything was great – from the clean rooms to the helpful staff and the convenient location. I had a smooth check‑in and the service was consistently good.

The TV was broken and the manager said we'd have to wait until the next day to get it fixed, so we asked for a different room but he refused because we had already used it. Later that night, someone knocked on the front door and shouted at the manager around 2 a.m., waking everyone up, and when the manager opened the door he was laughing loudly with the person, showing no respect for guests.
