The spot was spot on, right next to a bunch of restaurants and the casinos. The pictures on the site were a lot better than what we actually saw, and our room had a strong odor and was barely cleaned. The elevators were terrible, and overall the place felt pretty run down for what we paid.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were decent. The pool water felt like ice, the room itself was chilly, and the new restaurant and bar didn’t have most of what we ordered. Breakfast and coffee came out cold too.

The location was a reasonable distance from the civic center. Unfortunately, the pipes were rusted, leaving rust in the toilet after every flush.

I appreciated the parking and the room was fine, plus the coffee was good. But two pillows on one bed had stains that looked like makeup, and housekeeping never came to clean after I asked. They never brought fresh towels or took out the trash during our 3‑day stay, so we had to request towels and bath items from the front desk. There was only one set of elevators and only one worked.

The lobby and common area were nicely appointed and well laid‑out, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean.
