The proximity to the festival was a plus, but privacy was lacking, hospitality was poor, and the information given was inconsistent—parking turned out to be paid instead of free as advertised, checkout was at 10 am instead of 11 am, and there was no breakfast even though the listing clearly said “bed & breakfast.”
