I stayed in a decent apartment that was well organized and the breakfast was quite good, but when I arrived the access to the center of Gramado‑Capital was problematic—there was no handrail, making it risky to enter the hotel because the path was simple; that should be reviewed. The parking fee was 10 % higher than the hotel charged, which seemed absurd since no service was provided and the parking was not covered.
