The only real advantage was the location, and the room cleaning was adequate. The room felt like an ancient cave; the photo showed a single classic room, but we ended up with a medieval‑style cave. There were no outlets near the bed to charge phones, and no iron was provided. This hotel does not live up to its claimed 5‑star status.

Great location for Geneva city centre. Great atmosphere in historic building. Top customer service. There is no pool .but we knew that in advance so not a problem
