I called before my arrival to confirm someone would be available overnight; they said the place was open 24/7. We were driving through the night and needed a spot to rest. When we arrived, the door was closed with a paper sign that said they would be back at 6 am, and there was no phone call. Calling the number on the sign, the man said there were plenty of other places and that they wouldn’t charge my card on file—nothing made that situation acceptable.
