The food was great, but the toilet bowl was too small and too low.

The room was pretty and clean, the staff were very friendly, and the reception was excellent; everyone was also nice in the evenings. The bath was a bit on the small side, and the small kettle didn't look very fresh.

The place was clean and tidy, yet I was still waiting for the emailed receipt even after a second request through the app.

The location relative to the station was good, but showering in a deep bath was inconvenient, especially for older guests.

Nice parking, superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and a top location. There was no outdoor space like a balcony.
