The property sits in a superb spot, just 3 minutes from Piazza Barberini and 10 minutes from Fontana di Trevi. The room was very comfortable and spotless, with daily housekeeping. The hotel staff communicated excellently, which I truly appreciated. It was convenient that we could leave our luggage in the common area after check‑out and pick it up before heading to the airport. I would definitely return.

The room was clean and comfortable, had good amenities, and was in a great location. Everything matched expectations and we enjoyed a pleasant stay. Fresh towels, bed linen, coffee, and toiletries were replenished daily. The only small problem was the kettle, which didn’t work, so we used the capsule coffee machine for hot water, but otherwise everything was fine.

The location and air conditioning were good. However, the cleaning was lacking; they didn’t clean the floors, and the chairs fell apart into plastic pieces that had been on the floor throughout the stay.
