Nothing. Everything was unwelcoming, breakfast nonexistent with recycled cakes.

Nothing. Very poor room lighting (dark), very poor service and no curtain in the bathroom for privacy. Hotel is under renovation, therefore there are some hazards. Walked a few meters outside the hotel for breakfast. Requested a pick‑up from the bus station to the hotel (taxi or shuttle) but a dilapidated car with a foreign (not Italian) plate number and another passenger in the car arrived.

Very poor – very little choice or availability. There was a private party outside my room with loud lounge music until 12 midnight; I complained and was simply told it was a private party and the music would stop at 12 midnight, very dismissive. The hotel advertises a shuttle service to the airport which is totally untrue; they simply call you a taxi. I asked what that fee to the airport would be and was told €20, then when I checked the taxi in the morning it was €32! The taxi was late and an old battered car that did not look or feel safe.
