I especially liked the natural pond with a lounging area—it’s truly ideal for relaxing. The service was very good, the food excellent, and the room cozy; everything was top. However, because I stayed in the off‑season, some amenities like the whirlpools were out of service, and I missed having a kettle in the room.

The view from the place is absolutely gorgeous. The front‑desk staff asked me for a city tax and took an extra amount: I was charged 5.10 € but they collected 5.20 €. Pay attention, they’ll overcharge you. Also, when you open the window, mosquitoes rush in and bite you.

We spent four fantastic days here and truly loved every moment. CORE Kaprun is a wonderfully warm, cozy, and peaceful place to relax and unwind. The service is exceptional, truly top tier from start to finish. Everything about our stay was simply excellent. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

The staff were very friendly, the dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was rich—frizante surprised me. Everything was clean and the wellness area was pleasant. I can only recommend it. Great location and quiet. I don’t know about any complaints.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und gesund. Auch um 10.20 von allem noch was da. Hotel liegt ruhig am Ende des Ortes. Man kann von dort direkt los laufen oder wandern
