We arrived a little earlier than planned because we were coming from far away, and the staff kindly let us check in ahead of time.

“Not a good place to stay with family”

We booked a single room for us and our two kids, and the confirmation reflected that setup. When we got to the hotel, they couldn't give us that single room and handed us two separate rooms instead, forcing us to split up the family, which was a big disappointment, especially with kids. The cleaning left a lot to be desired; the room was not properly cleaned and I actually found bed bugs, which made us uneasy. I hope the management addresses the cleaning and pest‑control standards.

“In and Out”

The staff were very friendly, but the room felt outdated, not clean, and had a bad odor. The toilet kept running, and the outside area looked like a spot for drug deals. My dog was with us and barked because something felt wrong. We left after an hour.

“Took forever to check in”

Location cleaner then most hotels in the area. Checked in a little early clerk lady said no come back at 3pm I come back at 3pm there 12 people waiting to be checked in she didn't come back to the desk till 315pm the next person on duty comes in and she grabs her purse and walks away leaving this man to check in all the guests alone I I didn't get in my room until 415 pm people who were waiting in line said that happens a lot there I personally only stay there once in a while but I won't be coming back
