I liked the spot and the on‑site parking. If you can walk to S. Orsola without mobility issues, you can get there in ten minutes, and the city center isn't far either. I wouldn't say I disliked anything, but compared to similar places I’d suggest adding a bottle of water for each guest, a coffee machine with pods, and some breakfast cereal. It might sound odd, but that was what we had on our previous stays, and it wouldn’t cost the host much.

Everything was tidy and met our expectations; coffee, tea, and towels were replenished after two days, and the host sent a clear WhatsApp on the day of check‑in. The beds were very hard and made a lot of noise when we moved, and we had tried to contact the host a few days before arrival with some questions, but the email was no longer answered.
