The hotel was under construction and I couldn’t stay. I demand a full refund of all payments made, including the Zurich insurance that I never requested. Thank you.

I couldn’t reach the accommodation at all – it feels like a scam. I was charged for the stay but never got to use it. I arrived at the address listed by Booking and couldn’t find the place. I called the hotel a thousand times and received no response. I’ve complained to Booking, but they’ve given no solution or reply. Shameful.
