An amazing working farm steeped in history, the garden room was spacious and comfortable with a private outdoor area, a lovely spot all around that’s perfect for anywhere on Dartmoor, and being tucked away made it blissfully quiet.

The host was very friendly, the house décor lovely, the room cute and dog‑friendly, and breakfast wonderful, but the bed was very stiff and I struggled to sleep.

A super spot on Dartmoor, very comfortable with a hot tub as an added bonus, clean and well equipped, and the little extras were a lovely surprise, though there were no views, which is a personal preference.
