“A lovely stay in a beautifully renovated property close to the centre.”

This feels like a boutique hotel on a single floor, close to the centre. From the outside it looks like a regular building, but inside it’s fully renovated and stunning, with meticulous detail. We really liked our stay. The breakfast area is a bit cramped, so they split guests into two time slots. Breakfast was good, though the space isn’t ideal for long sitting.

“Pleasant stay in Palermo”

The staff were very friendly, especially Emanuela who stayed late to open the door for us – that was a big help. We stayed in the Teatro Massimo room; it’s nice but there’s no small table, so it’s hard to sit and write or use a computer – the space under the TV is tight. A tissue box would be a nice addition.

“Homy hotel in a nice part of the city”

The hotel is very homy and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast and beautiful room. We had an issue with the air conditioning machine which was noisy in our room and woke us up at night. The staff tried to get it fixed twice but it kept doing noise after a few hours of use. We got the items we took from the minibar for free as a compensation which was a friendly gesture from the hotel
