The style is nice, everything is clean and tastefully furnished. Good communication. Contactless check‑in and check‑out work well. The location is a bit off‑center in a quiet neighbourhood. My room (I can’t say about the others) was poorly positioned. It’s big enough, but so cornered that, for example, a suitcase can’t stand on the floor without getting in the way. There is no luggage rack. The bathroom is tiny (no place to put a toiletry bag). The shower is outside the bathroom.

I’m not criticizing the hotel itself but the impossible handling of the booking: on 29 June I received a confirmation that warned, “No further payment is required before your stay. Report any other payment requests and do not click payment links.” The hotel then said I would get a separate email with my door code, room number and check‑in details. Later I was asked to pay an extra €0.40, which I flagged as spam. Their reply said the €0.40 was still owed and could be left in the room as cash. The door code and room number never arrived, and on the travel day they were still missing. A phone call with the hotel resulted in “It was sent on 29 June – forward it,” but that message was never forwarded. We finally arranged that, despite arriving after 2 pm, the front desk would be available for us, and thanks to the staff’s courtesy and the modest Deutsche Bahn delay we were able to collect the keys in person.

Smooth access to the hotel despite a very late arrival. The breakfast served at the table was very good.
