The place has a nice design, but when I checked in they told me the rate shown online wasn’t correct, yet they’d honor it. The restaurant service was lacking; they didn’t pick up dirty dishes, left the table dirty, and food took ages to arrive. In the bedroom there was a leak in the bathroom.

The beds are super comfortable, and I loved the hotel’s location and architectural style. Maybe they should replace the worn‑out rugs, but overall the price‑to‑quality ratio is great.

The hotel is beautiful and well‑located, yet I found dead little animals and hair in the bathroom, and the rooms didn’t seem very clean. The food used to be better; now it’s not my taste, so I’d rather eat elsewhere.

The hotel is pretty, I’ve stayed there several times and the service is always good. However, after a long break since my last visit, I felt the room was a bit neglected, there were several dead cockroaches, and I suspected the room had just been cleaned, which made me question overall cleanliness.
