Hello, the room description promised a luxury room with a lake view or a scenic view, but we booked through Booking with the condition that we would get a refund if we had to cancel. When we arrived, we received a room that matched the description but with a view of the lake, not the city. We asked why the room didn't match the description, and the only other rooms with a city view were this one. This is how the luxury number looks. The booking was made two weeks before the arrival. We declined their services because they were not truthful. Booking returned the commission fee for the intermediary, but the old post did not return anything. If you book rooms through them, book only if you can get a refund for such situations. For the same price, we could have rented two rooms near the water park.

The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed, from the plush bedding to the small amenities. The administrator was very pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed in the mornings when freshly baked croissants were unavailable. Our kids checked every 10 minutes and waited, but this time they were not found. In previous stays, croissants were always available in the mornings, a service we really liked and considered exceptional.
