The flat was roomy and included a kitchen, but the location was far from ideal, overlooking a wrecked car on a tiny street; we didn’t use the water feature, so it might suit those who specifically want that. Upon arrival, a gentleman who never introduced himself greeted us, and I didn’t realize he was the front‑desk person. We were five guests in a room set up for three, with no extra linens and no way to reach reception, so we improvised a bed with towels. The next morning we wanted breakfast, but the cleaning staff told us the kitchens were closed and there was no one at reception to help, making it feel like we’d arrived at the wrong time.
The room was pricey and the breakfast was an extra cost, which I found disappointing.
