“Bologna stay... two and a half stars only”

The beds were comfortable and clean, and Marco was friendly and helpful. However, the bins, microwave, and balcony were dirty and needed a thorough clean inside and out; pedal bins would be better than touching the bins. There were no instructions for disposing of rubbish or recyclable packaging, no wine glasses in Italy, and the property description and amenities were inaccurate. TV streaming services advertised were not available, the address on the ad omitted number 9, there was no sofa to relax on, and cooking pots and pans had lost their non‑stick surfaces. Overall, it’s a tired venue that could use some improvements.

The location is excellent for reaching the city quickly by public transport and also for events at the stadium, which is just over 10 minutes on foot. The house has all the comforts, is well maintained, and Marco the owner is always available for any need.

The entire apartment was available, the price was great, it was clean, breakfast was included, and nearby eateries were easily reachable on foot. Ideal stop for a few days of work. Recommended.

A friendly and reachable host, a quiet neighborhood, and a very clean and tidy apartment.

Marco was a great host, the flat was clean with coffee and some snacks provided, and an early check‑in was also not a problem; every room had AC units and the whole flat felt cozy and lived‑in, making for a great stay all around.
