The place was clean and the female staff were friendly, but the male staff were a bit annoying because they wouldn’t let me use Grab; I was in the room with a child and had to go to the front to get the Gojek, which was a pity, so I ended up waiting a long time in the lobby.
It was wonderful: the beds and pillows are incredible, the staff are very friendly, and everything else is generally excellent!

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and they provide a key for both the room and a locker. I also liked the pool; it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, the staff are super friendly and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and helpful—and they truly made my stay special. I would highly recommend Uluwatu Surf Paradise!
