The One‑Bedroom House opens onto a private pool with garden and mountain views, accessible from its balcony and terrace. The ground‑floor unit sleeps two on a double bed, offers a crib, and includes a full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, kitchenware and a washing machine. The private bathroom provides a bidet, shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. Air‑conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a flat‑screen TV and free Wi‑Fi complete the in‑room amenities.

The grounds were spacious and the houses brand‑new, and the breakfast was the highlight—delicious and varied every day. Nothing else was lacking.

The location, scenery, calm, friendliness, and Mr Nelson’s willingness to help were all outstanding.
The estate was beautiful, well‑maintained and tastefully decorated; the Casa do Espigueiro was stunning, with a fantastic restoration job. The pool was great, backed by solid facilities. Breakfast was hearty, with fresh bread and cakes daily. The location was perfect. The only downside was the bad weather in August, which prevented us from enjoying the pool as much as we’d liked.
Close to the town centre, good breakfast, a nice pool, and the peaceful atmosphere of the house—everything.
