We felt right at home. The place was immaculately tidy, with modern, comfortable rooms and meticulous details. We really enjoyed the common areas, thoughtfully furnished, the coffee machine, cookies, always fresh fruit, and the morning fresh brioches were a lovely treat. A special thank you to the host, who was always friendly and made us feel as comfortable as possible, especially since we were traveling with a little girl. You can see the passion and care she puts into the guests and the property; everything is organized and maintained perfectly. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is super clean, beautiful, charming, and very comfortable. The rooms are new and smell amazing, and you can tell they really care about the little details. The bus stops are also within walking distance, and the bus system is very easy to use with lots of route options. And on top of it all, what I loved most was the hospitality. Vesna and her husband are so kind and welcoming and really make you feel at home. They made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Ljubljana without hesitation!!! Highly recommend!!! I liked everything so no complaints :D

“Not for me”

There’s a supermarket about 200 metres away, but we didn’t spot any other restaurants nearby. It took about 30 minutes one way to reach Ljubljana city centre by bus No. 11, which I found acceptable. Free parking is available in front of the property on unpaved ground. The property was hard to find because its entrance isn’t on the main road. It’s in a lane next to a bakery, and the building is behind the bakery. Late check‑in instructions were received, which can be very stressful, especially since there are no alternative accommodation options nearby. The church rang the bell all day and night, which is quite annoying, although the owner provides ear plugs for guests in the room.
