The hotel’s location is spot‑on – you cross the street and you’re already at Beto Carrero Park. It’s a very basic setup, not fancy at all, but the staff were friendly and got the job done. If you’re not looking for luxury, it works fine.

Being right next to Beto Carrero, with a pool and a welcoming owner, was a big plus. Unfortunately, the first night we spent a lot of time swatting mosquitoes and the overall cleaning could have been better. It’s really only worth it for a quick stopover.

Mr. Moacyr was extremely kind and helpful, and the staff around the park were attentive. The hotel’s proximity to the park made getting there a breeze. The only downside was having to head back to Rio after our stay.
