“Caro para lo que ofrece”
The pools are good. The room, though old, is spacious and they provide beach towels. The parking is on the street. The breakfast is weak and the hotel needs remodeling.

The building wasn’t bad, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. The buffet option gave us more choices. The check‑in lady was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the evening staff were unprepared for excursions. There was no respect for guests. We had booked half‑board; the first night we entered the restaurant where, in a vague way, we were asked what we had to pay. At the end of dinner they handed us a receipt for the entire buffet; we had understood the food was included but drinks were not (something Booking should note). We explained the situation to reception, who said that drinks were not included in half‑board and that we could buy them at a market if we wanted. The third night we decided to bring a bottle of water and a bottle of tea with us—something we never did before. The first waiter told us we couldn’t bring drinks and to stop. Then the second and third waiters also came over, asking why we were leaving and where we were headed. After dinner they told us we would have to pay a penalty. Reception explained that we could have brought drinks in the room. The situation escalated with the manager, who was rude and unhelpful; we tried to explain what happened and he started attacking us. We admitted our “faults” and said we would pay for the water but not the penalty. We tried to explain that in many trips this was the first time we had to pay for water with half‑board; the manager got upset, accusing us of feeling superior and being racist. When I said I would leave a review, he went crazy and said we were threatening him. Shocked, we finally left the room and packed to depart the next day. Think it’s over? The next morning he greeted us with a loud “Vaffanculo” in Italian to make his point. We both speak good English; in this place if you don’t understand a word you’re mocked by the staff.

The breakfast was great and offered good value for money. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The pool area was pleasant, and the residence's location was excellent. However, I think it would greatly improve the experience if blackout curtains were installed in the rooms.

I have mixed feelings about my stay - while some aspects were good, others didn't quite meet my expectations.
