The hotel was very disappointing, especially the breakfast, which was really poor. The staff were okay and polite, but the breakfast and the overall hotel experience were not up to standard. In my opinion, the hotel deserves a zero rating. I would not recommend it based on my experience. The hotel was very disappointing, especially the breakfast, which was really poor. Wonderful place to stay in Laleli, warm people, very close to all transports, shops, coffees and restaurants, very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is in the rooftop, which is a plus that gives you good vibes

Points forts: hygiene,organisation,personnel toujours a l’écoute, très proche du train bus et tram. Points faibles: chambre 3 personnes très petite, coffre fort toujours en panne, climatisation faible, 1 seul rangement pour 3 personnes
