The pool and the room décor were nice. A big leak in the bathroom wasn’t fixed, the room lacked attention, there were no toilet basics or after‑shampoo, bedside lamps were too bright, and the bed was not large. It was disappointing for the price. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Everything about this place was loved! The setting among olive trees, the view of Etna, the pool, the food, the attentive service – it was perfect for relaxing and sampling Sicilian flavors.

Accommodation, location, food, staff – those are the things where Neroli Bio Relais shines! It was a perfect base for exploring eastern Sicily. Mornings began with fresh yogurt for breakfast, and after a busy day of exploring, evenings were calm and enjoyable beneath olive trees with cold Messina beer, a perfect end to the day in silence, only broken by cricket sounds or airplanes if the airport was open :-) The whole experience, thanks to the kindness of Valentina, Isabel, Arianna and Massimo, felt like visiting relatives, thank you so much! The cherry on top was chef Mimmo, who made the cooking class fun and inspiring throughout the whole 2 hours. The unpaved road in front of Neroli is intentional, meant to slow you down and remind you to enjoy your vacation calmly.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff – the two receptionists were incredibly helpful, always welcoming and charming. We loved everything.
