All electrical appliances were available, which was very useful for our family with children. The cleanliness was excellent. The location was close to the metro. We stayed on the top floor, and a water pipe ran through the bedroom, producing a disturbing sound whenever it rained. An elevator would have been a plus.

501に宿泊しました。眺望良く二重窓の為外の音も気にならなかったです。 深夜２時に地震のアラームが鳴って暫くしたら宿から「避難の必要がありません」とメッセージが来て親切だと思いました。 比較的綺麗で２泊を気持ちよく過ごせました！. 階段が狭いこと、食器類はあるがキッチンペーパーやラップ等の消耗品はゴミ袋だけだった。 ティファールのポットがあったが乾燥されていなかったためニオイが出ていた。 床に髪の毛が何人か落ちていた。

The spot is great, right next to the river in Asakusa. There’s no elevator, so lugging luggage up and down the stairs was a hassle. The bathroom layout was a downgrade—two small stand‑up showers instead of one larger shower area, which felt cramped.
