The air conditioning was broken, the overall cleanliness was poor, the sheets were stained, the beds were very uncomfortable, and ants were even crawling on the table where breakfast was served.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful with both sweet and savory options; the value for money was excellent, though the cleaning left something to be desired.

Everything was fine overall, but it was a shame that the kitchenette lacked equipment—the cabinets were empty.

The level of cleanliness matched that of a prison, the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, the breakfast barely qualified as breakfast, a huge cockroach was roaming our room as if it owned the place, the noise was unbearable, we asked for a double bed but received two tiny, extremely uncomfortable single beds, and overall it was an experience I would never wish on anyone; you might sleep better in prison—absolutely terrible and never again.
