The location was great, just 15 minutes from Terminus station, with a nearby Pam grocery store. A bus stop sits right outside the window, feeding buses to the city center. The area is quiet, I didn’t see any suspicious people, and the air conditioning worked well. Staff cleaned and changed towels daily, and everything was pretty clean. There’s a small fridge and a comfortable, large bed. The only downside was the lack of hot water—only ice or cold water was available. The owner was told about the issue and replied that it was how it should be. It might have been a one‑off problem; we stayed for five days.

The spot is convenient, close to the garage, exactly at the bus stop, near the metro, and the room and bath were newly renovated, exceeding expectations. It was hard to find the reception; the block yard should have some signs. A simple explanation of the location would have been enough.

I stayed in a tidy room that had everything I needed, and the metro was only a 5–10 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Tek güzel şey konumuydu, görece merkezi bir yerdi ve her yere kolay ulaşım sağladık. Çok pisti. Her yer toz içindeydi. Değiştirdikleri havluların içinden başkalarının saçı çıktı. Temizlik asla yapılmıyor gibiydi. Çarşaflar yastıklar leke içindeydi. Duş çok pisti. Birçok yerde konakladım ama aralarında en pisi buydu. Romaya 3.gelişim ve benzer fiyatlara çok daha iyi yerler bulabilirsiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
