“Terrible!”

Service was terrible. The cleaning staff had to call the manager to help us via the phone. The room was shown, but when we returned later it had been assigned to other guests. The manager told us to leave if we were unhappy with the dump she put in. Building materials were everywhere. There was nothing to like.

“Good but not value for money”

The general safety of the area, sleeping comfort, and staff responsiveness were positives. However, the place was not clean, still under construction, towels weren’t fresh, shower heads were low and leaked water, Wi‑Fi was unstable and not user‑friendly, bath water was unclean, there was no breakfast, no housekeeping, and walls were stained with old spills.

The rooms were decent and there was a shopping area close by, but the bedding and the rooms themselves were dirty, and the hotel was still undergoing renovation with no sign posted outside.
