Very good.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the sea, but we received a room that didn’t match our order: we paid for a sea‑view room, yet the windows faced another hotel. Had we known, we wouldn’t have booked it at that price. The complaint was denied because a bit of sea was visible from the balcony. The bathroom window had no curtain and the glass was transparent, so privacy was lacking. The bathroom door handle fell off (poor installation), preventing us from exiting alone—potentially dangerous. The headphone holder in the shower was torn (incorrect mounting). Sliding closet doors jammed and fell off the rails. The joined single beds split on the slick floor. Air‑conditioning failed on the first day; later it worked but frequently shut off during the day and had no remote. Rooms were not numbered sequentially: after 203 came 205, and our 204 was in a different wing. The hotel didn’t provide parking; the designated parking lot (klepisko) was full, and street parking was paid. We waited hours for a spot, which ruined our planned outings. The hotel has armed guards and police; about 4–5 times around 7 am, sirens woke us. The area is noisy, with music from nearby bars and car horns at night. All local restaurants close from 14:30 to 19:00. The beach by the hotel is paid; the free public one is about 15 minutes on foot. Wi‑Fi coverage in the room was absent.

The pool was nice, but the parking was not.

The pool was nice, just outside the hotel and shared with other facilities. The shower was half‑broken—the handle and the showerhead were faulty, so water hit the floor. I asked for a water bottle to buy, but was sent to the pool bar behind the hotel. Breakfast was decent, but staff spoke in other languages without greeting; the barista looked at me oddly when I asked for coffee.
