The venue was gorgeous, super clean and comfy, and we all had a great time—exactly what a family getaway should be.

The location was awful, with traffic and construction noise, and the building was still under construction. There was no Wi‑Fi at all. The room’s furnishings were unhelpful and poorly arranged.

The area, the room, the vibes, and the accessories were all great.

It’s very close to the east Zion entrance, reasonably priced, quiet, and the fridge and microwave are huge. They sent us a self‑check‑in code a day early, but they kept spamming us about tours for months; I had to ask other RV American guests to call someone. Water for the shower was inconsistent—sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot.

“Vollkatastrophe”

Beware! The whole room was damp, even the carpet. The sliding bathroom door fell out of its frame and nearly hit my child. There’s no front desk. The property sits on a busy highway, and at night it feels like trucks are driving right through the room. The ceiling is extremely low and wavy, apparently a poorly patched water damage that explains the dampness. The mattresses are completely flat; if you’re not centered you fall out of bed.
