The rooms are very old and the linen isn’t clean; there’s no lift service so you have to carry your own luggage; when I asked for new linen they gave almost identical ones; they provide one bathroom kit for the entire stay; room service is poor; the pool water feels itchy because it isn’t cleaned; they are extremely strict about check‑out.
