“Tutto sommato bene ma con poco si potrebbe avere più privacy”

Close to the clinic where I had to be operated on. The privacy was limited.

The apartment was spotless and finely furnished; the owners obsess over details and leave nothing to chance. We were three, so the spacious room with a double bed and a third bed would have been enough, but the owners surprised us by giving us a second en‑suite room so our daughter could sleep alone in a single bed with her own TV. We also had a large living room with a big TV, a coffee machine and a microwave, plus a table for breakfast, which was included. The terrace was exclusively ours, tastefully furnished and planted, and the private bathroom was functional and clean. The breakfast could use improvement – croissants, savory items and the option to froth hot milk were missing. A fridge in the room would be helpful; there’s only one in the common area and it’s a bit limited. The living room sits between the rooms and the bathroom, so the hosts have to pass through it to reach their apartment. Although they’re very discreet and kind, the space didn’t offer enough privacy and we didn’t use it.

The place was comfortable. The restaurant right below the room was annoying for falling asleep, but luckily it closed during our stay. The light from the stairs reflects into the bedroom, which is a shame.

The location, room size and cleanliness were great. The fact that it’s on the first floor with a restaurant below means the noise from customers can be heard even late at night, up to midnight.

“Piacevole e movimentato”

The establishment is dignified and warm, with a nice independence from the historic center. The stamp duty was unfairly charged to the guests (second invoice, second stay).
