“Horrible”
The staff were friendly, the shower temperature was fine, the AC and TV worked, and the location was unbeatable. However, the old building had damp walls and broken plaster that looked shabby, and the dust was everywhere. The room was above a bar with broken windows and no bars, so it felt like I was sitting in a bar from Sunday to Monday, shouting and hearing music until 4 am. On the last day a group of teenage basketball players came in shouting with a huge speaker, disturbing the other guests. Obviously the owners wanted to fill the place, even though we were the only guests that week, and they seemed to care more about the code of conduct than the money they needed because the place was empty. The last few days were awful, especially breakfast: the old bill, dirty cereal containers, and powdered milk that was prepared in a watery mess. I almost didn’t write a review, but the fact that the teenagers weren’t asked to behave was a disaster that broke my patience. The only relief was the staff who tried hard to comfort me.
