Everything was excellent: the room was spotless, the location was quiet, the mattress was comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful (I stayed in two different rooms during my visit).

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um in İstanbul die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel zu nutzen.Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße so das es richtig ruhig aber zentral liegt Das Personal der Rezeption ist hervorragend zuvorkommend alle 3 Sami bey , Hakan bey und die Dame super Leute hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es war alles in Ordnung

The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning. There was also a desk for work and very fast Wi‑Fi. The bathroom was large and fully equipped. I’m not sure if breakfast was offered because I didn’t use it. The staff were extremely courteous. Note: over a week I never saw anyone come in to change towels or make the bed; that’s a plus for me as a business traveler who prefers not to have people moving around, though some might not like that. I believe the service is available if requested at reception. The only downside is the location: I went to Istanbul for a conference at the Hilton hotel (5 minutes walk), so it was perfect, but for city sightseeing it might be a bit inconvenient even though the metro stop is 10/15 minutes away.

The room was perfect. The bathroom was really big, the shower with good power. Bed confortable. The location was also good. And the personal was really nice. Everything was perfect. The only thing maybe to change, to put something near de sink to let the toothbrush and this things. And maybe the towels, were not so good
