The front‑desk staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Orlando. I stayed there two years ago when the building was still fairly new and thought it was great. Now it’s fallen into disrepair; I had to change rooms three times because it was damp and musty, with visible mold and a strong odor, and there are stains on the ceiling.

The staff were very attentive and supported our requests well. However, there was no hot water, and the complimentary breakfast options were small in quantity and portion size.
