The food was generally excellent and the staff were very friendly, but the management was disgraceful. The Wi‑Fi either didn’t work or dropped after a short time, and no IT specialist was sent to fix it, leaving me a weekend without internet and a worsening situation early the next week, so I checked out and moved to another hotel. I never received a bill at checkout despite repeated requests; they said I would get it from the booking site, yet I’ve still not received anything and was only asked to confirm whether I had checked into this Best Western, which they claimed I never did, apparently trying to dodge the booking fees. I ended up paying the full stay plus the 2‑3 weeks I had to spend without Wi‑Fi, eating dinner only in an open rooftop area at about 6 °C because both dining rooms were booked for events that barred my entry, with blaring music lasting well past midnight. As someone who travels for work 80‑90 % of the year, I’ve never experienced this. A representative from my employer in Pathankhot had to obtain the hotel invoice for me, and my request through the hotel’s website for the bill still hasn’t been answered.
