The place was very dirty and poorly maintained; it clearly needs a complete overhaul. The toilet and bathroom were filthy, and there was no entertainment because the TV only showed local channels.

Breakfast wasn’t actually served, yet my booking said online breakfast was included. The food and network services, especially for MTN users, were expensive.

The location was good, but the rooms were cramped and stuffy.

I wasn’t informed about breakfast, and there were a lot of cockroaches. The walls were peeling and covered in mold.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by a lot of issues. The pictures looked better than reality, and the security was pretty lax - anyone could just walk out or into a room without signing out. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast and the DSTV wasn't working. The facilities just weren't up to par.
