The reception and spa staff were very friendly and professional, but breakfast could be improved. The staff should pay more attention to restocking. In the room the shower area needs improvement; when showering the floor gets completely wet because the curtain does not provide enough protection. If the shower zone were a closed cabin, this issue would not occur.

We had an excellent experience, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms, and the facilities (indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, and massages). The breakfast was great, and there were many activity and tour options nearby. Our little dog was also very welcome, with a bed, water and food cups, and waste bags. There was nothing we did not like.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. The hotel was very crowded and the selection of foods and products was clearly insufficient for the number of guests, with many items running out quickly and no proper restocking. Also, the room had a curtain in the shower instead of a proper shower screen, which made the shower experience uncomfortable.
