The area is quiet. The property is in a transitional phase of some developments that are not yet finished, and the photographs on Bookings are a bit misleading about the actual status of the venue.

The price was good and the landlord was very friendly, but I didn’t realize how small it was and that it shared a lounge and kitchen. The guesthouse is near a noisy neighborhood with people playing loud music and passing by loudly. There was no cupboard for clothes, no towel rail, the kitchen had only one pan and two very large pots for two people, no vegetable knives or peeler, and no scissors. Towels and lappies were not clean.

Schoon en ruim. Boven: slechts 1 lichtknop voor alle lichten, geen mogelijkheden om in de badkamer iets op te hangen. WiFi werkte slechts af en toe

The spot was decent, but it fell short on upkeep—everything seemed broken. It’s a cheap option for those on a tight budget.

The place looked lovely, and my room was super cozy; I really enjoyed the brief stay.
