Did not avail of breakfast. Good location 30 mins to city centre walk. Excellent facilities warm gas heating clean and tidy. At the time of booking almost £200 cheaper than a lot of other places in Belfast.Equipment in the kitchen was excellent and modern. Only there for an overnight stay, so for me I was more than happy

The property was well kept and had a lovely interior. Towels, wipes, and deodorant were provided, covering basically everything I needed. The toilet, bathroom, and shower were very close together, and my room even had a sink with a small hand towel—excellent. It’s located just off the busy Lisburn Road, near cafés, shops, and eateries, plus convenient transport links to the city centre. The room was bright and inviting. There was no bedside light, and a dog barked next door at 2 am, which was frustrating, but that wasn’t the property’s fault.
